On December 31, 2005, the Corner Stone Laying Ceremony of the fruit processing base which totally invested by CCA Group has been held at Huaqiao farm, Guilin City, Guangxi. The leaders of Guilin government attended the ceremony.  
This base sets the fruit new variety introduction and development, fruit preserving, packing, processing, storing and selling as well as the packing and preserving material production in a body. The base was total invested RMB 300million Yuan, occupying a land area of 192 Chinese acres(equal to 12.8 hectares). After the project ready the annual production will amount to RMB 1 billion, may provide more than 4,000 employment posts.
This project is treated important to impel the local agricultural development. It had the local leader’s vigorously support, and is listed as one of the 2005’s key projects in Guangxi. 

      2005年12月31日，香港华锦集团全资兴建的水果加工基地在广西桂林市华侨农场举行了隆重的奠基仪式，桂林市各级领导及其他各界人士出席了此次仪式。
      该基地项目集水果新品种引进与开发、水果保鲜包装、加工贮藏、销售以及包装保鲜材料生产于一体，总投资3亿元人民币，占地192亩，项目投产后年产值可达10亿元人民币，可提供4000多个工作岗位。
      该项目对于推动桂林农业发展和实现农业增效、农民增收、农村发展具有重要作用，得到了当地领导的大力支持，并被列为2005年度广西重点项目之一。
